FREQUENCY-WORK is a collection of binaural ascending and descending tones at specific frequencies. Additional sound design using wave-tone generators, synth pads and environmental sound effects add to the experience. The effects of listening are usually felt after listening. It is not sleep music nor is this collection intended to listen to while sleeping.

It is best to listen in a restful state while comfortably seated or lying down.

Awakening Morning Meditation:
Listen after waking, preferably before a meal. Best position is either reclined in bed or seated comfortably.

Refreshing Afternoon Meditation:
Listen after meal and preferable exercise. Best position is reclined in bed or seated comfortably.

Calming Night Meditation:
Listen after meal. Best position is reclined in bed.

This album is designed to be used throughout the day to wake, replenish and finally enter deep sleep. Recommended to use corded headphones or near-field stereo speakers at a safe volume. It is not recommended to listen for extended periods of time. Do not listen while operating a vehicle.
